Exchange, return or defect claim

If you need a different size, want to return the goods or file a defect claim, this simple guide will help you complete the process.

Deadlines for submitting requests:

  • Standard exchange – Approximately 14 days after order delivery.
  • Extended exchange – either 40 days after delivery or after Christmas (until January 10) if you purchased the Extended exchange option with the goods.
  • Product claim – 2 years from receiving the goods.
